Family Constellations (FC) is a phenomenological experience that can support you in the discovery of your family's relationship history.  FC can help you explore the experiences of past generations by tapping into your family's 'field'.  The 'field' is another name for the field of energy that contains information about your family.  We tap into that field by representing family members with members of the Family Constellation group.  In the process, the 'field' not only shows us what happened in your family, it shows us the resolution to what happened.  It sounds mysterious and it is; the experience of FC can be life changing for you and your family.
