“I can’t believe this happened again!” We find ourselves falling into patterns of experience and behavior that seem random and unexplainable based on what we know about ourselves.

We are all born into family systems where our lives are shaped and colored by the beliefs and experiences of the generations that came before us. In many ways those ancestors lay an important foundation for us to build our present lives upon. That foundation creates both the productive and the unhealthy patterns of experience and behavior we see reflected in our lives today. There is an unconscious loyalty to that foundation and those ancestors that makes our habits and behaviors not random, but in fact, explainable and rational.

Family Constellations have a way of illuminating the hidden dynamics buried deeply in your family foundation, giving you more clarity about your current circumstances. It shows you other choices you can make, both for yourself and for your family system . Constellations will guide you to find resolution to many of the current dilemmas you personally face in your life today. These dilemmas can be physical, emotional, and / or spiritual in nature.

We find that combining Retreat with Family Constellations allows distance to be created between you and your everyday life, problems, and routines, helping you to see more clearly the patterns that need to change in order to create a happier, more fulfilling way of life.
