“I can’t believe this happened again!” We find ourselves falling into patterns of experience and behavior that seem random and unexplainable based on what we know about ourselves.

We are all born into family systems where our lives are shaped and colored by the beliefs and experiences of the generations that came before us. In many ways those ancestors lay an important foundation for us to build our present lives upon.
